主讲《生物信息学》、《生物统计学》、《探索生命世界》等课程。

科研情况

从事动物基因组学研究，核心方向是水蛭功能基因组学及抗血栓产品开发。已完成菲牛蛭、日本医蛭、宽体金线蛭等10多种水蛭的基因组学测序分析工作，在此基础上逐步挖掘水蛭抗血栓活性成分。已掌握水蛭工厂化养殖技术、多肽提取技术和多肽重组表达技术，逐步打造水蛭类药物和保健品开发体系。已发表各类学术成果100余篇（项），其中第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金2项，主持其他省部级项目5项。
